Arnold A. Noche is a seasoned informational technology leader with substantial business, consulting, implementation and project management experience working with various Fortune 1000 companies and government agencies mapping people, process and technology with best-of-breed, best-of-class, state-of-the-art solutions in mission-critical environments throughout six countries. Process-oriented and results-driven, he is highly effective, organized and skilled in resolving a wide range of issues including CRM, ERP, ITSM and SFA. A graduate from CSUDH with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with heavy concentration in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Graphics and Software Engineering, his post-graduate certifications includes BayStone Approved Consultant (BAC), Certified Genesys Engineer (CGE), Certified Novell Administrator (CNA), CRM Remedy Approved Consultant (CRM RAC), ITSM Remedy Approved Consultant (ITSM RAC), Peregrine Approved Consultant (PAC), Remedy Approved Consultant (RAC), Siebel Certified Consultant (SCC) and is currently working on his Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. In his spare time he enjoys extreme sports (Surf / Snow / Skate), open 9-Ball tournaments ("I just want your best game...") and spinning vinyl records ("Keep Vinyl Alive.")
